Sunflower Seeds Shelling Production Line/Sunflower Seeds Hulling Machine

The sunflower seeds shelling production line developed by our factory is professionally used for the shelling of sunflower seeds, hemp kernels and other products.
 
The sunflower seeds shelling production line can achieve the impurity removal of sunflower seeds materials (including large miscellaneous, small miscellaneous,  heavy miscellaneous, light miscellaneous, etc.), shelling, peeling, sorting, and selection. For the unfinished sunflower seeds left behind, The production line can be automatically returned to the sheller for re-hulling, greatly improving the degree of automation.

The sunflower shelling line is mainly composed of a hopper, a raw material hoist, a multi-functional trash removal machine, a bucket elevator, a shelling machine, a checker, a suction and returning system, a feeder, and a control cabinet.

The working principle of the sunflower seeds hulling machine:
The sheller consists of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (with two sizes), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley and a transmission V-belt. After the machine is in normal operation, the sunflower seeds are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The sunflower seeds are broken under the repeated blows, frictions, and collisions of the rotor. The sunflower seeds and the broken sunflower seeds are under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor. Through a certain aperture sieve (sunflower seeds the first threshing with a large-pore screen, after the selection of small skin fruit replaced with a small hole sieve for a second shelling) filtration, separation.
